We are looking for a Sous Chef to prepare delicious meals according to our menu. Must be able to follow instructions, able to multi-task, work weekends and holidays, and must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

Set up workstations.
Cook food with various utensils.
Ensure a great presentation by dressing dishes.
Keep a sanitized and orderly workstation.
Check the quality of the ingredients.
Monitor stock, rotate, and place orders when needed.
Work under pressure for high-volume parties and catering events.
Being creative in planning dinner features.
Work hand in hand with the Chef in daily tasks, inventories, making soups and prep

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Line Cook up to 3-5 years.
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, sauteing, baking & pasta, etc).
Ability to work in a team.
