REQUIREMENTS:

Work flexible hours (weekends and holidays are required).
Have up to 3 years of restaurant management experience.
Great customer service and communication skills.
Be able to work under pressure.
Be able to staff and train all personnel.
Assist ownership in duties such as promotions, marketing, social media, catering events, and scheduling.
Weekly and monthly inventories.
Obtain a State of Indiana Liquor License.
Have reliable transportation.
Be a Leader and lead by example.

Compensation is based on experience.
